Who processes your data
Just Dev It Agency, a web agency based in Marseille, France, is the data controller for information collected on justdevit.agency. Contact: contact@justdevit.agency.
Data collected through forms
The contact, free audit and service request forms collect your email address, your website address or a description of your stack, and the message or objective you enter. We also record the page language and the page the request was sent from, so we know which offer you are interested in.
This data is used only to answer your request and prepare a possible collaboration. It is not sold or passed to third parties for advertising.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your request to be contacted and, if a project is considered, on pre-contractual steps. Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the resulting business relationship. You can ask for its deletion at any time.
Technical providers
The site is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores form submissions. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google when the page is displayed.
The site does not use analytics cookies or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@justdevit.agency. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
